Christmas at Home
Once we returned home from Atlanta we got busy wrapping presents and making cookies for Santa. On Christmas Eve we went to church and then dinner at La Ha (our new tradition). Christmas morning Dylan awoke first of course and was very happy to find his Santa presents. He got his Mega T-Rex and Levi got a tool bench. They also got a digger sand and water table and a swing for outside. Levi liked all the new toys when we awoke and they were busy unwrapping and emptying their stockings! Steven's Dad and Stephanie came over with more presents and then my parents arrived with even more presents! Dylan and Levi have no idea how lucky they are. My brother joined us also and we had a nice Christmas dinner and celebration for most of the day!

Christmas In Atlanta
We traveled to Atlanta to visit Steven's mom, Joe and Bryan the week before Christmas. The boys did very well on the flight (thank goodness it is a short flight). Dylan was excited to see Grandma's house all decorated for Christmas with all the presents under the tree and that Uncle Bryan still had Mario Cart! One day we celebrated Christmas and then shopped and one day we went to Stone Mountain. It was a rainy day but we were able to ride the train, watch 4D Polar Express and the boys played in the Great Barn.

Christmas at Moody Gardens
Steven took his brother to Vegas for his 21st so I took the boys to Moody Gardens with Ashley and Hunter for the weekend. Moody Gardens was having a lot of Christmas activities and its festival of lights. The boys loved the aquarium, rain forest, imax movies and all the lights. Levi was a little tough to handle but he is two!

Thanksgiving
We spent Thanksgiving at the ranch with my family. The boys were so excited to be able to spend 5 nights at the ranch. We all had a very good time. The boys were excited to play with their cousins, drive their jeeps, see the cows, donkeys and deer, and help Daddy and Uncle Craig build deer stands. Steven's mom, Joe and Bryan came up for one-night after Thanksgiving to visit and play with the boys. The night before we headed home we all went to the Lights of Tejas for the first time. It was a Christmas light show right across the street from the ranch. It was very cold but the kids loved it. Levi still asks to go on hay rides. It was a very nice Thanksgiving and I am very thankful for my family and my two precious, rowdy boys!

Pictures from my Phone
This blog will be what we have been up to. It includes pictures from the boys at the dentist office, hiking in the woods behind the boys school (this is our new Friday afternoon activity) and visitng Dewberry Farms. We went to Dewberry Farms with a group from their school last Monday and had a blast. We went on a wagon ride, rode the big slide and cars. They also had farm animals (cows, pigs, goats and ducks). Dylan's favorite was petting the baby chicks and watching the cow milking demonstration. Levi just loves the outdoors and looking at the animals but he does not get too close.

Dylan's Birthday Party
Dylan wanted to have his party at Moody Gardens in Galveston but we settled for the downtown Aquarium. We had a large turn out and a great time. We toured the exhibit which included a huge python and white tigers. There was also a touch tank where the kids were able to touch sting rays. Then we had dinner and cake in the Aquarium and headed out for the rides. We went on the shark train, ferris wheel and carousel. We all had a great time and Dylan had an awesome birthday party. After the party we would not go to sleep and eventually feel asleep sitting up on the couch - he did not want his birthday to ever end!
